Coverage of possible losses (90% of the loan debt) incurred by the Bank with regard to loans provided for small and medium-sized businesses during military operations related to the aggression of the Russian Federation with funds of the European Commission placed in an account with BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego). The guarantee is part of the EU4Business Framework Program, which aims to coordinate EU-funded programs to support the development of the SMEs in the Eastern Partnership region.

Who can use it:

Сurrent and new clients of the bank are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that operate primarily in the field of crop production, animal husbandry and agricultural products processing. Under the terms of the program, at least 50% of the guarantee price shall be provided to the enterprises operating in active combat zones or near these territories.

Additional information:

Kredobank became the first Ukrainian commercial bank to attract direct loan guarantees from the European Commission and, thanks to this, will be able to lend to enterprises from active combat zones. The loan guarantees in the amount of 10 million Euros that can be increased up to 20 million Euros from the 13th month of the program implementation will be provided from the funds of the European Commission under the "blending" - a mechanism for combining reverse financing tools with subsidized instruments.
